Reglo sim (1 Viewer)

Today I bought a reglo sim from E.Leclerc had it registered at customer service, went back to van and set it up in my phone and got it activated, all good phone worked and then I put it in my router, set APN from phone screen shot and IT was working, tried to log on a coutof hours later and nothing, put it back in my phone and nothing.
Looks like I will be going back to E.leclerc tomorrow

When I used one I had no problems at all. Could be a cell mast gone down.

Ok I will move tomorrow towards E. leclerc and check.
It’s strange because router shows signal but can’t get anything and when I put back in phone don’t get sim Lock Screen which I should get

Visit to another E.Leclerc today and it turns out although I payed for a month when I bought the sim, you still have to input your card details which activates the data part, I did this via the shop internet but still wouldn’t work so got passed to a chap in the electrical department and he logged into my account and said turn phone off and on.
So if you can read this it means the sim is back in my router and working.
