Yes sorry for just saying it is tight, not a great help. It's always nice to get a response......oh.....!
Sorry Mzracer, I meant it would have been nice to have a response from the op to enlighten us all as to his wants.......Yes sorry for just saying it is tight, not a great help.
I have checked my notes and for the hub nut on a Fiat rear end the torque is a massive 450 Nm that is 331 Lb feet. (X250 chassis)
Seeing as how the hub and all of the parts around that assembly are Fiat issue even on an Alko rear end then it is very fair to assume the same torque setting, as far as I can see all the FIAT stuff is just mounted onto the Alko trailing arm.
The nut is 46mm af as mentioned else where and I could only find a 300 Lb feet torque wrench and that was 3/4" drive.
450 Nm is so much torque some blokes will not be able to muster the strength required.
Everything around those hubs are really heavy, even the wheel weighs' a lot.
No worry, we got some information out for people to share.Sorry Mzracer, I meant it would have been nice to have a response from the op to enlighten us all as to his wants.......

So it would seem that 330 to 350Nm is a regular torque setting for hubnuts. My Britool torque wrench does 140Nm to 560Nm and yes at the top end it's a struggle.
Normaly used for Ifor Williams axle nuts 350Nm.
