No signal aerial (2 Viewers)

Hi all, it's probably been covered before but there's so many threads.
Our rooftop factory mounted aerial isn't working. It's an autotrail imala 2022. I've put a new connector on the back of the dropdown tv and checked both bedroom and cab coax both fine but the input from the aerial has continuity between the core and the braid. Has anyone had the same or will I have to get the ladders out?

Daft questions i know but Is the booster switched on and have you tried a retune on the television.

Yes it's witched on there's no signal the input coax has continuity so was thinking water or damp in the aerial itself??
