Hi everyone we’re in Spain for just under 3 months and using a firestick for tv. Both of us have UK sims but only get 25GB under the fair usage system. So I’d seen the lobster sim advertised and by chance bumped into a lady with a lobster stall in a supermarket. I got for €24 70GB but they are giving triple data till the end of February so 210GB for 28 days whereupon the sim dies. In use now and so far it’s great runs the firestick no problem.

Ordered one a few days ago using the site address that we are on, I know that they have posted it so just waiting for it to arrive. I did open an account with them so if it works I should be able to log on and renew the credit.

I have a lobster sim as second sim in the phone. Works great, and their customer support is really good. They piggyback on the Movistar network which have found to be the most extensive and reliable provider. Indeed I always try to force Mt UK sim onto it for best service.

I think you can suspend the SIM card monthly and start it up again when next back in Spain, or even in EU and use it fir roaming but I think there are restrictions too, like U.K. sim

I have a Lobster sim which I put in my iPad (which has cellular). Can I use this as a hotspot for other devices? If so, do you know how to enable it?

Hi, not got a cellular ipad but Mrs CAB has an iPhone,don't see why it would be different.

Go to Settings, it should be at the bottom of the top block below 'Mobile Data'., labelled 'Personal Hotspot'.

If it isn't there, then the answer is probably no!

You have to have Bluetooth switched on at the same time and Personal Hotspot will appear.
