Le Cormier campsite (1 Viewer)

Spending a few days at this site and had to make a few comments about it.

It is in the Loire valley and just north of the Brenne Natural Park of 1000 lakes. It is one of the nicest sites I have yet visited with the biggest pitches ever. I can even fit my 32ft RV sideways with about 10ft to spare each end :thumb:
Run by a lovely Welsh couple who can't do enough for you. Had lovely clear weather and the most wonderful starlit skies at night with the hooting owls the only sound.

If you are in this area I can certainly recommend this site. :thumb: :thumb:

Looks a very nice site, but a bit pricey in the low season with leccy at 5 euros per night extra ! If you are stopping off for 1 night, then aires are still up there for me .:thumb:

Okay, the electric prices might be higher than normal (?), but conversely, the site fees are a lot lower than most in that region.

16 euros for 1 night in total !!! That's Summer prices I reckon !! And not much of a discount for long stays !! 12 1/2 %......Hmmm !

If price is the main factor, look for cheaper or stick to the aires.

What price a lovely site ?
