I bought an Iboost couple of three weeks ago, last weekend tried for the first time but couldn't get internet. Tried again this morning and still no joy,,,

I think Ive followed the instructions

  • Logged into the unit
  • Scanned and found FON
  • Switched over and tuned aerial
  • Then logged out
  • Back to internet ex
  • Press google and displayed unable to display
  • the wifi signal says limited :shout::shout::shout:

Are you doing exactly what they tell you to do on the instructions?

Mine is in the van so I can't look at it at the moment, but keep persevering.

Well I think Ive followed the instructions to a tee. Ive locked on to a signal fine tuned aerial,, logged out and tried searching google which I thought should bring up fon login.

Sounds like you should be connected.

Is the signal too weak perhaps?

Off the scale will try a weaker signal

Just reading your OP again.

I don't think you log out before trying Google, you just open a new window for Google.

Mine is all set up and it's easy now but I know I was scratching my head at first

Oooops Ive done it now pressed that reset button the one that said don't press,, sounds like a phone call to them tomuz

Bl@@dy reset button, I accidentally did mine and had to go through a reset procedure with attachments from Adam at Motorhome WiFi.
He will require info on your specific unit so what I have will not be of help to you
Good luck :thumb:

Thats a shame, is it just pin and ID thats different

I will go back to my e mail from Adam and let you know :thumb:

Have checked my e mail with Motorhome wifi and I needed to upload a cofiguration file to the router so rather than me give you info that could make matters worse it may be best to contact them direct.
They gave me a good back up service :thumb:
