I also respect Jim's work here on the forum keeping it up to date, but having choice would be nice as well.I think Jim does an amazing Job and tries to keep the forum up to date, I bet he wonders some times why he bothers.

Yes I know that, but this was not always the case. Done now.No need to vote....i just turned it off and the box vanished.

I'm sure when I produced the resource, I mentioned that the messenger aspect will be entirely voluntary. I just checked and I actually wrote. "And while trying to please everyone, you'll be able to decide if you want live messaging or the more traditional 'Conversations" So I do not know what the fuss is about either
The ability to switch it off has been added for most members this morning and the original help file has a sentence added to show you how to do it.
