Does anybody know what the max weight that I can carry on this type of carrier which is fitted to the 2 rear fitting bars on the rear panel of my Coral please as I have 2 electric bikes !

I have a Fiamma Pro M and carry 2 e bikes. Weight limit on the rack is 60kg. I remove the batteries.

I suspect the upper limit will be how high you can lift an electric bike !

If you remove the batteries then two can be made to fit.

But you are better off having a tow ball mounted bike rack as you only have to lift the bike 18" off the ground, not over your head !
If you get the right one then they can carry a weight as big as a motorbike

you also need to take into account the weight that the vehicle mounting points will take. The rated weights apply to the actual rack and I haven’t seen any manufacturers advice on tolerances. Tow bar seems safer for upper limits.

I would never put our two electric bikes on the back bike rack as said above the rack may be in spec but the two mounts would not be I think they are fitted fir standard bikes we had a three bike stand we bought new from halfords that fit on our old motorhome tow bar.
We will now sell it and put them in the hold even though we have a bike rack already fitted to the back of ours but we would never trust it.
