I once proposed a meet, a bit cheaper than that, on a lovely campsite in the Peak District and the abuse I got was terrible.

I agree its expensive but if the funsters are willing to pay then the location will stay.
There is still ongoing negotiations for those spending 3 nights there.

He absolutely sure did. I didn't like to ask as like you he lives so far away. Was rather hoping he might decide to come though.

Great news...Well for some. Ive managed to haggle a little with the price. If you stay for 3 nights its £12 per night so a saving of £6 Best I can do.

Shhh@Allan & Loren You will get folk looking for higher expectations than what they get . Mind you it does seem to be getting popular. All spaces went within hrs despite the price hike.

Dancers seem pretty scarce so far. I'm sure we can change that with those that are fit

Pleased you enjoyed it - it was fun to do.

I'd be happy to do it again, but I'm not sure yet whether I can make it or not. If you can keep the slot open for a little longer I'll see what I can sort out. There are a couple of other June/July dates I can't fix just yet & until I do, I can't be certain. If we are coming all the way up the Scotland, it has to be for more than just the weekend, so there is quite a bit to arrange.

@TheCaller I can't see anyone else volunteering so think the space will be kept for some time. Would be brilliant if you filled it. Just let me know when you do please.

I've had horrible visions of having to get extra tuition and fumble through. Fingers are crossed it doesn't come to that.
There is hopefully going to meets before and after Falkirk. See the 4 meet Scotland thread . Sorry can't link to it on this small phone at present.
