The door is very stiff to open. I have found that that middle roller has movement in the channel, is this normal? I can’t seem to find anything online. Any help greatly appreciated.

We have the same issues with dividing door segregating the living area to bedroom... grandchildren got stuck last week - perhaps I left them in the bedroom section a little to long 
before releasing them
Also with the concertina shower and opposite toilet/sink door ......... so stiff to move. Fair enough you don't want them sliding around whilst travelling, but getting stuck behind the doors is no fun.
So will be watching this link
