Dual SIM - not able to use hotspot and phone call (1 Viewer)

Because we have a phone SIM and an internet SIM if using the hotspot for the tether for the laptop when a call is made in or out the phone switches from the data SIM to the phone one and the tether is broken.

Is there a way of using both together?

I suspect it's only got one modem. It can't maintain a connection using both SIMs at the same time. It can't pretend to be two customers on two separate networks at the same time.

Depends on the phone if it does it nothing you can do about it.

Same here, only one network can be utilised at a time with a phone, only options are to use the sim you use for data in another phone or a modem.

Forgot I did it when I was changing sim's and it worked OK in my Realme6 but not in my previous phone.
