I bought a RWG 200 Gb SIM card in September in preparation for a trip to France and Spain and I activated it at the start of October. I paid £20 for the SIM card with a debit card and I understood this to be a subscription which renewed automatically every month – however no further payments have been taken by RWG. The SIM card is still working, but its only been operating at 3G for the last few days. Can anyone advise me as to what’s going on?
