Have you tried holding each, this I know can make all the difference, my wife is disabled and I know from experience that what seems a good camera, in use is not. I think like vans you know which one you want when its in your hands.

As you mentioned not alot between them, but I have had a couple of Fuji cameras and been very pleased with them, I did notice with the Fuji it looks like the photo button is isolated on top rather than the Kodak which has several grouped together the latter would be awkward for me hate fiddly little buttons

If you are not sure which one keep looking if you cant get to the shops and do a price compare online, you will know when you find the one:thumb::thumb::thumb:

Cameras?

In addition to handling each, have a look at the controls and menu system - see which one is more user friendly to you. My personal opinion is that the Fuji menus make more sense - but that's only to me! :Eeek:

non as yet, hired in Canada a couple of times. hope to buy in the next few years.
I have 2 Kodak digital cameras both are very good and the menus are easy to use. It's personal choice realy as I personally wouldn't have a fuji. The lens in the kodak is very good quality.

PS I also work in a Kodak shop so I could be biased!

My last 3 cameras have been Fuji - all point and shoot.

My current one is the JZ510 - very pleased with it!

Very easy to use the menus and takes excellent photos!
