I'd probably charge the eco flow from a usb socket or cigarette lighter style socket rather than a feed directly off the B2B. So, if you have sockets on your 12v system they are the ones I would use.
If you want to charge one of the standalone power banks via a B2B it would need wiring to either a cigar socket or inverter as I am not aware if they have 12v input terminals
I don’t think they can cope with a b2b level of charging. The anker can only take up to 10amps in the 12v charger socket (mt60). 19 hours later!
It uses some sort of electronic jiggery pokery to detect that it’s not more from the solar in to the same socket. SandKPhillips ‘s cig lighter is best option if not solar or 240v.
