Hi has my 3.0 DCI 06 year got adjustable headlights for driving in Europe ? Or do I have to get deflectors Thanks in advance

Yes, you will need deflectors, if you want to stay legal.
The adjustable headlights are only there to adjust for load, not to enable driving in Europe.
