Could someone tell us of sites that are next to suitable areas/walks that are accessible with a powerchair ( canals with towpaths or country walks ). As most disabled people know accessible walks are sometimes difficult to find.Sometimes you find a nicely compact surface that doesn`t rattle your bones ( essential when you have spinal problems ) only to find five minutes further down you are met with a gate or similar obstruction.

Ferry Meadows Caravan Club site in next to lovely country park with lots of suitable paths round lakes.
Mobility scooter can be borrowed for free to enable disabled people to access the park.

Caravan Club Cirencester Park is adjacent the Bathhurst estate park is wheelchair friendly.
